The website FAQ gives indicative timings of express from 24 hours on suitable routes and standard air delivery of 5–7 days. Actual timing depends on the route, goods and documentation. Confirm the complete delivery timeframe and when it starts.
If receipt is required by a specific date, state it in the enquiry. For heavy or bulky cargo without an urgent deadline, the website separately describes UAE-to-Russia sea delivery with an indicative timeframe of 40–60 days. Its terms should be considered separately from a small air parcel.

Supply the origin and destination addresses, contents, package count, weight and external dimensions of each box. Include the value, required receipt date and any collection or address-delivery request.
Pricing depends on the route, transport method, goods, weight, dimensions and value. Equal weight does not imply equal price. If packing is unfinished, identify measurements as provisional and agree when the quotation will be updated.
